I’m so pleased with the Fresh Diet!! I only wish I had found you sooner.
I have lost another three pounds!! Total to date since starting is 43.5. I have found that my weight loss slows when I am not as diligent with my workouts during the week. That makes total sense!! So I have been making a consistent effort to get to the gym and change up my workouts and poof!!! 3 pounds gone! I don’t think that I need to change my calories right now, as I don’t feel that I have hit a true plateau.
I need to lose at least another 30 pounds, so I would very much like to continue with an extended plan again. I’ll be needing to renew soon.
I think that with the current calorie settings and with me targeting my cardio workouts and getting myself to commit to more strength training (my least favorite part at the gym because the weights and machines are always so crowded) I can continue to truly reshape my body. I was telling Debbie that I hope that our winter isn't bad so that the snow and bad weather doesn’t prevent me from having my food delivered*. That’s really my only concern right now.
