After speaking to you and signing up for another month of the fresh diet, I just wanted to share with everyone how happy I am with the program! After years of being a personal trainer and knowing how to diet and exercise on my own, I was shocked to gain almost 30 pounds in the last few years. I am not making excuses, however, I learned I am an emotional eater and in the last 2 years have lost my mother, gone through a messy divorce and had to move out of my house 2 times. I just lost the desire to watch what and HOW I ate. Well, my son is having his Bar Mitzvah this coming labor day and I decided I had to do something about this extra weight. I chose to start the Jenny Craig program about 6 months ago, and failed miserably! A friend of mine saw the special on Groupon for The Fresh Diet and tried it out. When she bragged about how great the food was, prepared and delivered each day fresh, I decided this was my last shot at attempting to lose some of these extra pounds and feeling good about myself in September at my son's special event. And guess what? I am down almost 11 pounds! I couldn't be happier! I knew I wanted to sign up for another month and try to lose a few more pounds before the party and I know I can do it! I just LOVE this program!!!!!!

I’m so pleased with the Fresh Diet!! I only wish I had found you sooner.

I have lost another three pounds!! Total to date since starting is 43.5. I have found that my weight loss slows when I am not as diligent with my workouts during the week. That makes total sense!! So I have been making a consistent effort to get to the gym and change up my workouts and poof!!! 3 pounds gone! I don’t think that I need to change my calories right now, as I don’t feel that I have hit a true plateau.

I need to lose at least another 30 pounds, so I would very much like to continue with an extended plan again. I’ll be needing to renew soon.

I think that with the current calorie settings and with me targeting my cardio workouts and getting myself to commit to more strength training (my least favorite part at the gym because the weights and machines are always so crowded) I can continue to truly reshape my body. I was telling Debbie that I hope that our winter isn't bad so that the snow and bad weather doesn’t prevent me from having my food delivered*.  That’s really my only concern right now.
