Gary made the decision to start The Fresh Diet when high blood pressure became a real issue that he needed to contend with. While keeping an eye on his health, he noticed his blood pressure took a turn for the worse and began to skyrocket.

Meet Naomi aka DJ Omi, an international DJ, Naomi is very accustomed to being in the public eye. Being a public figure also means being exposed to public scrutiny. While it may be a concern for some, since losing thirty pounds on The Fresh Diet, Naomi welcomes the attention! “Everybody I see asks me how I got back into such good shape and my response is “The Fresh Diet” It’s the convenience of the program that really speaks to a go-getter like Naomi.

Natasha McSweeny began her journey weighing 172 pounds and today she is 28 pounds lighter and ten times happier! “What is even more impressive than my weight loss is how many inches I have lost from my frame! I have shed a total of 25.5 inches. My percentage of body fat went from 35.8 to 26.1 and my BMI went from 30.8 (obese) to 24.1(normal)! Now that I’ve finally shed 28 pounds, I have a waist again and it feels phenomenal!”
