What is The Fresh Diet?
The Fresh Diet is leading the industry of gourmet diet delivery service. The Fresh Diet became the first of its kind to offer clients delivery of three meals and two snacks. Meals are nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared daily and delivered right to your door.
What is Fresh Premium?
Fresh Premium is the most customizable Traditional Diet offered, allowing clients to select their meals, manage their delivery schedule, and identify up to 50 ingredient dislikes.
How are meals delivered? +
The Fresh Diet delivers 5 nights a week between the hours of 7pm and 5am the night before meals are scheduled to be consumed. Double deliveries occur on Wednesday for Thursday and Friday’s meals and Friday night for Saturday and Sunday’s meals. Meals arrive in thermal insulated cooler bags with non-toxic ice packs to ensure ultimate FRESHness.
What do I do with my bags and ice packs? +
Please leave bags and ice packs out each night you are scheduled to receive a delivery and we will pick them up.
What if I do not have a doorman? +
We have a strict Do Not Disturb policy for your convenience and therefore cannot call or notify you upon delivery. If you live in a building without a 24-hr doorman we require you provide a code or key so we may gain access. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-FRESH-50 ext. 2 and they will provide you with instructions on mailing a key.
What if I have allergies? +
Due to our intimate cooking environments, we cannot guarantee there will not be cross contamination. Please review our Allergen Policy before purchasing any Fresh Diet program.
What if I am pregnant?+
Please consult your physician prior to beginning any diet or exercise regimen.

What happens if I forget to select my meals? +
If you are a Fresh Premium client and you do not select your meals prior to the 72 hour cut off time, one of our chefs will gladly make selections for you based on your Food Profile.
What is a Dislike?+
If you are a Fresh Premium, Fresh Vegetarian or Gluten Free client you have the ability to manage your Food Profile and Dislike Basket. A Dislike is an ingredient we use in preparing meals. By adding an item to your Dislike Basket, you will receive an alert anytime you select a meal containing that ingredient.
How many calories am I eating?+
There are two primary calorie ranges available. We recommend women consume 12-1400 calories per day and we recommend 16-1800 calories per day for men. Smaller or larger portions may be available at additional cost. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-FRESH-50 ext.2 with any questions.
How much weight will I lose on The Fresh Diet? +
We expect you may lose between 1-3 pounds per week. Results may vary.
What if I don’t need to lose weight? +
The Fresh Diet can also be used to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our nutritionist is available to help you design a program based on your needs.
Will my plan be auto-renewed?+
Yes! All Fresh Diet plans are subject to auto renew for your convenience. For further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How much time do I need to make changes to my meals or delivery?+
Because we work with the FRESHest ingredients, we require at least 72 hours to make any changes to meals or scheduled deliveries for applicable plans only.
How does the bag deposit work?+
All initial purchases are subject to a $25.00 thermal bag refundable deposit. The deposit will be added to the charge for the meal delivery plan and be refunded upon written request by customer within 30 days of the expiration of meal delivery service including renewals provided that all thermal bags have been returned to The Fresh Diet, Inc.
