FRESH DIET CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with The Fresh Diet products or services, you may request a refund. A refund will be given only on meals not delivered and/or not in production at the time of cancellation. Written notice is required a minimum of Five (5)-business days in advance, written notice is needed to stop production and terminate service once your service has started. In calculating the amount to be refunded, you will be charged our regular non-discounted daily rate for the days used in your program, plus applicable sales tax through the date of termination. As an example, if you purchased our 31 day Premium Plan at a discounted rate of $39.99 per day and terminated your plan after 14 days, you will be charged for the days used at the rate of $49.99 per day and your refund would equal the difference from the amount originally paid. If the days before termination multiplied by our non-discounted rate equals or exceeds the total amount paid by you, no refund will be due or paid. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the payment method on record within thirty (30) business days of receipt of cancellation notice. You agree to pay any charge back costs incurred related to reversed charges on your account. Meal or food credits will be issued if you do not receive a delivery. If you received wrong or missing individual items you may be entitled to a food credit or other adjustment. In the case of incorrect items delivered or items that are otherwise unsatisfactory due to production factors under the control of Fresh Diet, Fresh Diet reserves the right to request the item(s) to be returned along with the menu sheet that accompanied that delivery. Based on the review of said items, Fresh Diet reserves the right to determine the appropriate remediation. Pricing and/or delivery fees may change without notice.
