The Fresh Diet prepares your meals based on your specific dieting needs. We have daily caloric values to fit anyone’s weight loss or lifestyle goals. The company has many different clients including past & current NFL & MLB players. Our most common daily caloric values are, 1200 - 1400 calories a day for a female & 1600 - 1800 calories for a male a day, but can accommodate smaller & larger daily calories as well.
